1. Agreement
By using Wood Projects Guide (the "Site"), including our free PDF and emails, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Costa Launch LLC ("we," "us").
2. Educational content only
Our plans, guides and emails are general educational information for hobby woodworking. They are not professional, engineering or building code advice. Dimensions, quantities and costs are provided as a starting point; lumber sizes and prices vary, so measure your own materials and check every step before you cut.
3. Safety and assumption of risk
Woodworking involves sharp tools, power equipment, dust and chemicals, and can cause serious injury. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of anyone around you. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions for every tool and product, wear appropriate protective equipment, and do not attempt a step you are not comfortable with. Furniture that can tip, such as bookcases, should be anchored to the wall. You use our content at your own risk.
4. Affiliate links and third party sites
Some links on the Site and in our emails are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Products sold through these links, including TedsWoodworking, are created and sold by third parties and processed by retailers such as ClickBank. 5. Free guide and intellectual property
Site text, plans, the free PDF, layout and branding are owned by Costa Launch LLC. You may download and print the PDF and build the projects for personal use, including making items to give away or sell. You may not republish, resell or distribute the PDF or substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. You are welcome to share a link to our home page.
6. Emails
If you sign up, you agree to receive our emails, which include the free guide, tips, plans and occasional product recommendations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that plans are free of errors, that a project will turn out a certain way or that prices are current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costa Launch LLC and its members, officers and agents are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our plans or third party products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $50.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Costa Launch LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
